 brahms trios

The Brahms trios for violin, cello and piano are wonderful (please don't panic, I'm getting to the clarinet part of this post). Has anyone ever substituted clarinet for one of the instruments in the trios? I notice that on a recent Combs CD, he performs a Brahms piece for Piano and violin.
