Anthony Pay has done a fine recording of it with Daniel Barenboim on piano. I don't know which label it's on- sorry!

The CD is called "Romanza: Art of the Clarinet" be DG... I bought it at Barnes and Noble, so it shouldn't be too hard to find in a retail store (or there's always the internet....)

It was also a Deutsch Grammophone release (423 237-2) of "20th Century Classics" collection:
Chamber Concerto for Piano, Violin with 13 Wind Instruments.
Pierre Boulez (cond), Daniel Barenboim, Pinchas Zukerman
Four Pieces for Clarinet and Piano
(Antony Pay & Daniel Barenboim)
Sonata for Piano (opus 1)
(Daniel Baremboim)
