For those in the NYC area, Stanley Drucker will be giving an all-Weber recital in Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall, Sunday April 13 at 8:30pm.
The program will be:
Variations for clarinet and piano, Op. 33
Grand Duo Concertante for clarinet and piano, Op. 48
Clarinet Quintet in B-flat major, Op. 34
I cannot make it, but would love to read postings from anyone who does attend.
Thanks...GBK

Reminds me of the old joke:
"How do you get to Carnegie Hall? Take the D line to Columbus Circle and then go 3 blocks south on 7th Avenue.""

To gbk:, tell me, if you don't mind, how you get the characters to dance on the screen in your messages and e-mail, e.g. "the bank job". The experts that I work with can't figure it out, but we enjoy it. thanks. Ed
