Elsa Ludwig-Verdehr dissertation

I believe I read a listing of a disseration which was written about clarinet ornamentation in early clarinet works, as written by Elsa Ludwig-Verdehr.

Does anyone have the title and date? Not sure if her name was Elsa Ludwig at the time of the deposit, but I seem to have the flagged in my mind.

I thought that the Eastman School of Music had a copy in their Sibley library, but I can't find an online listing for the dissertation.
