I have been haveing problems with the low g's and the middle d's on my clarinet. What should I do? I'm having trouble playing.

Have a technician check it out for leaks, bad pads, or accumulation of dirt, etc in the holes.

Both tones use about the entire tube length, so, if they're stuffy, Dee's suggestion is a great place to start.
Check for loose pads, floppy keys, and, as ridiculous as it sounds, I've had students sound a little stuffy, and, in checking, found a pad-saver fuzzy stick still stuck in the horn.

Yes to the above, I have found swab fuzz around the register and F vent tubes, which doesnt help. Also check and maybe experiment with the F/C pad clearance which is the [possibly poor] venting for these notes. In my experience, this stuffy character is greater on the older [cylindrical-bore] clar's, than on the newer polycyl's. Probably tone hole undercutting [as on the high-priced horns] is helpful also. The cause of most stufiness in those particular notes are the improper key hight and clearance of the F/C key. The key cup problably has to be raised approx 1mm.
