 playing flat

Usually when I tune up, I'm on the sharp side. No sweat, I can pull out a little (barrell/first section). Yesterday I was flat. What can I change with mouthpiece and reed to sharpen up? Short of finding a shorter barrel?
So thanks for any advice in advance!

It may just have been cold. Warm the instrument and warm yourself up. Blowing up into the mouthpiece will bring up the pitch a little. Your reed may also have gone dead.
