 Brillante mpc

Has anyone heard of a Brillante (not Brillhart) mouthpiece. A friend bought this clarinet at a yard sale. It's wood and at leats 60 - 70 years old ( the clarinet). Along with it came this mpc which I guess was issued with the clarinet. It's made of old style hard rubber and some mouthpiece maven told him it was very good quality and worth putting $$$ to fix it and make it great. I have my doubts ( I haven't seen it).Any ideas out there? - Thanks - TD

It's probably a Penzel-Mueller.

If the MPC maker is offering a no-risk trial, why not?

Some refaced stuff is selling well these days.

It probably has a design built for projection and volume.
