 Name the Thingie?

Seriously, lets have a contest....What else can those thingies that hold the B key be used for? (see prior posts about the thingie that holds down the B key. They come packed in Buffets)

For that matter, what are they officially called?

Now since that dont do much else, is there some other thing they for which they can be used. Originality and creativity counts here.

Prize.....A set of Pastafazoula/Moenig F# clarinets made of
hand carved genuine strightgrained PCV with matching Bundy mouthpieces and 6 Symetricut reeds (strength 1.5)

The one that I tried acquired many unprintable names (%#$~*%@##, etc) as I kept hitting it inadvertantly (fat fingers) playing many Bs as Bbs.

BTW, some reeds also are known by some of those [explitive delets].

Wow! I always wondered what that was for. Thanks for telling me!! I find it amusing to throw them at the director in band when she isn't looking during particularly boring band classes. It is even more amusing to give them to your friends to throw at people during band concerts and see if it throws the people off. Blowing through the little holes in them and making annoying sounds.

I have never seen one of these "thingeys"... I'm guessing they're pretty useful at holding down the B key. LOL I'd say a good name would be the "B Key Thingamajigger-Mabobber." If said quickly enough, it sounds REALLY funny. Hehe... :)
