Which French clarinet (other instruments?) manufacturer used a letter 'H' as a clarinet (other instruments?) serial number prefix?

I once had a clarinet that had an 'H' on the bell, someone told me it was a German way of writing Bb, I have never bothered confirming it so it's probably wrong, but there again it could be right!
