I'm trying to recall the name of a book that concerns the clarinet in general. The unique part of this book is that there is a accompanying CD that contains various masters playing various masterpieces. I think it has the Rossini Intro Theme and Variations among others If anyone knows what I'm talking about, I'd appreciate the help.

It's "The Living Clarinet." There's one on EBAY.

www.sneezy.org/wfg has bass clarinet fingering charts for the low notes (down to low C) for some popular bass clarinets. However, you may have to figure out the low fingerings yourself.
The clarion/altissimo registers are essentially the same.
