i havent heard anyone talk about these....what do you all think of these? they were good liek a few years ago, but how are they these days?

I have used Alexander Superial alto and tenor sax reeds and I like them. However, I have also used Rico Royal and I find them about equal to the Alexander. Alexander pitches that they are more consistent, so that more reeds per box are usable. I did find in my box of five that they were all good.

Tried them as well (and liked them)--but now using Fred Hemke and Rico Jazz Select reeds because they play better for the kind of sax music I play.

Mitchell Lurie Premiums.....most consistent I've found by far!
Zonda are also good....don't like Rico...Vandoren....
Would like to try Gonzales.....Olivieri....
