Here's a hot tip from a bass clarinet mailing list:

Alea Publishing is proud to announce the release of its latest publication:

St. Paul's Suite by Gustav Holst, transcribed and arranged for clarinet ensemble by Roger A. Garrett. The publication includes a full conductor's score and parts for Eb soprano clarinet, Bb clarinets 1-4 (2 copies of each provided), Bb bass clarinet 1/2 (2 copies provided), Eb contra-alto
clarinet, and Bb contra-bass clarinet. Score and parts sell for $60 US.

Program Notes for St. Paul's Suite

In 1905, Gustav Holst became Director of Music at St. Paul's
Girls' School in Hammersmith, London. He remained at this post until his death in 1934. The St. Paul's Suite was completed in 1912 for that school's orchestra, however, due to revisions, the score did not actually become published until 1922.

The work is comprised of four movements: 1) Jig, depicting English fiddle dance tunes; 2) Ostinato, a whimsical melody set over a repeated melodic figure; 3) Intermezzo, displaying three sections, slow-fast-slow; and 4)
The Dargason, and English folk tune which employs the use of the familiar Greensleeves as a counter melody. Of the four movements, The Dargason is best known as the final movement of the very popular Second Suite in F for
Military Band that Holst wrote in 1911.
