The Woodwind/Brasswind (1-800-348-5003) should have a good selection of eefers in stock. I have a Patricola I'm very fond of.

if you are referring to a regular size e flat clarinet, then perhaps try the classified ads on this web site and contact the major 'mail order' places. If/when you do, don't overlook asking if they have used/B stock models. WWBW, ProWinds, etc. carry these models and are 'gone over' and usually have some form of warranty.
You may also consider placing a want ad in this site's classified section.
good luck,
dennis

Are you looking to buy, rent, borrow? They are easy to find new, I don't know about used? Most colleges that I know have one although their condition may be questionable.
