SALTO by W. Kilar

I need to find a piece called "Salto" by W. Kilar.
It's for clarinet and Double Bass.
I believe it was part of a film score, but we will be performing it live in NYC in a few months.
Anyone out there got any info on it?

His publisher is PWM (Polskie Wydawnictwo Muzyczne S.A.) but I didn't find that work in either the Sale or Hire catalogs (http://www.pwm.com.pl/)
