I tilt mine (a bit) with the right side up. I am pretty tall and have long fingers, so I find it more comfortable that way. My right wrist isn't as broken as if my reed was "flat" in. One of my former teachers actually has the opposite "problem". She tilts her reeds with the left side up so her fingers can reach her C/Eb/C# keys. Some of my students tilt to one side or another, others play "flat". If it's comfy, sounds good and dosen't affect posture, I'm OK with it!
