If you are going to play life long get an instrument of excellent quality with all the trill keys and 3nd octave key.
Why? Even a $4000 instrument cost prorated over 40 years is $100 a year or about $10 a month----the cost of a pizza.
Oboes are not priced by the key or bell. It's a package deal. Buying an incomplete package is not a great cost savings.
There are many instruments out there that play well, you just have to try them (or have some oboe player of good ability try them for you).
You could not want an oboe of mismatched parts which is what you would have if only some parts like a bell were sold.
What you look for in any oboe is intonation and tone. Since any instrument has probably 500 parts, a not closing correctly pad would not be a reason to reject an instrument. An oboe is an individual thing and there is no one great instrument... all those makers you list should be under consideration by you.
