John,
I dealt with the publishers of this work a year ago when getting hold of this work. You need to contact Thomi-berg publishing in Munich and then they will send you a copy of the work. All up it cost me about $60US, well worth it though for a fabulous work. If you need any help with who to speak to please contact me privately.
