That's sort of why I asked if the OP meant a bottom ring (as distinct from the socket ring at the top of the barrel).
But now I see on the Rossi website that the new ones have as an advertised feature wooden rings on the barrel and the bell. So if this is a wooden ring that broke and it can't be glued, Rossi would probably be the best source of information. Even if you can get a replacement, you'd have to know how yo install it. It might be something that has to be done on dedicated equipment at Rossi's shop.
