Does anyone know where to purchase the clarinet/violin transcription of the Shostakovich Trio that is originally for two violins and piano?

I looked for it earlier this year and couldn't find any transcription. For a chamber group, I ended up playing it on a C clarinet.
I started the transposed version, but didn't get very far as I didn't really have time to write it all out, and the C clarinet made it simple. (Of course, were I a better transposer, I probably could have done it straight from the 2nd violin part).

I just played this last month and didn't find a transcribed version.
Because I was a last-minute sub for the performance and only had a few weeks to learn (along with 2 much more challenging pieces), I had the pianist transcribe the two trickiest movements for the A clarinet and did sight transposition for the others on B flat.
