It looks like it's in C. Note that it's stamped Auguste Buffet, not Buffet Crampon. Auguste was a member of the Buffet family, but his instruments are not as desirable.
It has simple keywork, without the patent F#/C# mechanism. It's definitely from before 1900.
It would be good restoration practice if you've never done one.
