My teacher has lots of mouthpieces --- she's very nice & will loan (occasionally)loan out equipment for students to try out. In fact, that is what led me to my Borbeck mouthpiece (I tried a spare she uses -- its a good idea to disinfect before & after use). I bet your Band Director has a mouthpiece or two you could try as well. Look for something "middle of the road" & give that tuner another whirl. Let us know how it works out, too. Best of luck to you, Jan. mw
