Haydn/Gambaro quartets for cl/strs

Does anyone know if Quartet 2 (C minor) and Quartet 3 (Bb major) of the Gambaro clarinet & string trio arrangements of Haydn string quartets are available anywhere.
Musica Rara publishes the 1st Quartet (Bb Major) and in its preface, the editor, John Newhill, writes, "The present work is the first of three quartets for clarinet and string trio, arranged from the string quartets of Haydn ..."
In Dieter Klocker's recording of the three Haydn/Gambaro Quartets he writes that no complete printed edition exists, that only Quartet No. 1 was published but that he had the good fortune to discover the manuscripts of the 2nd and 3rd quartets.

Google and worldcat searches turn up nothing.
