Any recommendations out there for a double concerto or duet piece for two clarinets and band accompaniment (transcribed)? The band accompaniment is what I'm looking for.

Mendelssohn's Concertpiece No 2 for 2 clarinets with band accompaniment is readily available. I believe the arrangement is by Harry Gee.

For the piece played by Carbonare in the U-Tube link above, Oliver Seely has the score in Finale format at:

If you or someone in the band has Finale, it should be fairly easy to generate a set of band parts. The source for the Finale files is the original manuscript and, yes, it is in the public domain.
You can download the solo parts and look at them to see it they are something you would like to do. It takes a couple of pretty strong players, as the U-Tube performance shows.
