I would get the clarinet serviced by a competent technician if your clarinets got soaked. There many things that will need to be done to make sure the clarinet performs as it should: puffy (soaked) bladder pads replaced; keys removed and steels oiled; pivot screws greased upon assembly; timber completely dried and properly oiled; springs will need to be wiped and lightly greased to prevent rust; and the case will be need to allow to thoroughly dry or replaced.

The pads and so forth may not need replacing if the clarinet is dried out thoroughly enough. The pads are meant to withstand condensation when you play. It's leaving them soaked for a prolonged time that wrecks them. If you're not comfortable removing all the keys yourself, then I agree that taking the clarinet to a technician is a wise precautionary move. The keys need to come off, soon, so that the screws and their holes can be thoroughly dried and then oiled. Otherwise, rust will start trouble that's more expensive to solve.

Re. the case, I'd leave it open and empty as long as it takes to dry it out completely, all the way down through the padding. Leave the case open in bright sunlight if possible. Sunlight is one of the world's great freebies, an excellent killer of mold and mildew that doesn't leave any toxic residue behind.
