Format for music-specific CV/Resume

What's the best way to set it out, and what should be included and what should be excluded? Do I need to include any education prior to my undergraduate degree? And should I name ALL music awards, regardless of how small they seem e.g Eisteddfod results? Thanks. __________________ Don't hate me because I play Leblanc! Buffet
