has anyone tried the new Yamaha pro-line?
how different are the Yamaha CS-V compare to the
previous CS model?

I was told by Yamaha that the V-series clarinets are the same bore design as the original (CS, AE, SE, CX) with a new barrel (quasi-Moennig style). Those who already like Yamaha clarinets will probably like the new V-series also. However, the new barrel is not going to make other people switch from Buffet, LeBlanc, or others.
