 new ligature from Richard Hawkins?

just did a search on Klarinet archive and
I saw a posting said there would be a new
metallic ligature made by Richard Hawkins?
is this ligature avaialable yet? How is it?

The only thing i've heard about Richard Hawkins and a ligature is that he found a old box of Kaspar ligature stamps. Supposedly LeBlanc was going to begin marketing copies of them. But last i heard, either 1) no one at Leblanc knew about it, 2) they were denying it, or 3) the plan fell through and production of the Kaspar copies would not be made. <shrug>
