 The I.D.R.S Fox-Gillet Comp

These are the pices that people must peform:

Marin Marais: Les Folies d'Espagne
Jindrich Feld: Sonata for Oboe and piano
Paul Patterson: Duologue for oboe and piano

Does anybody know anything about these Pieces??!! I have never heard of them. I am expecially curious about the JINDRICH FELD sonata. Is it good? where can i find a recording? why isn't it popular like shumanns romances and mozarts concerto?
what kind of people win these competions? thank you
