Are there any swabs that will go through the entire top joint?

If I play for more than a couple of hours (sometimes less), I get a lot of water in the side octave and sometimes in the lower section of the top joint (where it affects Bb and C). I can usually get that out though.

Taking the octave bush off is not an option for me so I need a simple and quick fix to take care of this in a practice setting.

Any suggestions?
