 Duty on Oboes into Canada?

I just bought a new oboe from Europe. I was looking at the tariff schedule and it appears that oboes should be exempt from duty? Is that correct? CBSA classified my box as musical instrument parts (5%) rather than.... musical instrument - oboe! ... which is what the sender labelled it as.
