a have a few questions here, i hope ya all can help me answer
thanks!
firstly, what are the main factors when looking towards to buying a new oboe? i know that that tone, response,articulation and dynamic posibilities
are important, any other factors? is the material really that important?
i know that it concerns of response, any comments?
secondly, which brands of oboes are the best? i've heard that french and japanese models have a relatively bright sound, how about the other manufacturers? which brands do you recommend for optimum performance, reliability, and tone? i prefer a brighter sound.
thirdly, how do i know when i need to advance to a new or better instrument? what restrictions will i face? i am currently playing on a
yamaha YOB-411 which is distinctively great but i am not sure if it is necessary for me to advance.
