The Oboe BBoard

Hi,
I have a Larilee oboe I used in college that I'm going to donate to the local school district. It's in good shape, I had it recorked and padded a few years ago, but didn't play it much after that.
Unfortunately I don't really have any details on it (like the model and what it's made of, etc).
From other entries on this board I tried calling the company to get some info, but got "no longer in service" and "invalid number" messages when dialing. I used (219)293-2005 and also the 574 area code, and got errors on both.
Are they out of business?
Assuming they are, is there a way to tell what model I have?
The case just says "The Larilee Oboe" and there's just a serial # etched on the oboe itself (12509). It's from the 80's, has a low Bb, but I'm not sure of the key work (??). Don't think it's made of wood, but it's grained so it almost looks like it (??). Any help would be appreciated.
