 mid Eb to alti Eb, in a phrase

recently i studied a band piece requiring me to slur, rather phrase a mid Eb to altissimo Eb, how can this be done with more efficiency when put in practise? which high Eb fingering should i use? considering that both left and right Ebs' are useable.
