Do you mean water in the tonehole? A suggestion is to put a thin layer of vaseline (perhaps with a cotton tops) to the walls of that tonehole. That could prevent water from building up there.

If you rest your clarinet horizontally during the performance, be sure that the side tone holes are at the top. I had to deal with the Eb/Bb hole, fortunately not during any solo.
Any hydrophobic material (such as vaseline, which Micke mentioned) will help prevent any water from collecting.

Well, not *in* the tone hole - you'd change the pitch and the response. You can put something that's water-repellent on the bore wall just above the hole. Swab a little beeswax or maybe even bore oil just above tone tone hole.
I've never found that doing that worked for very long, though. You can be preemptive and swab the instrument every chance you get - during rests, between movements or pieces, etc.. Once it gets started, it's hard to dry it up. Just clearing the hole (by blowing or blotting the water out) isn't enough - you still need to swab the inside to get rid of the condensation.

I've had success with using an aerosol silicone spray. I spray some into a paper cup and apply it with a long cotton bud. If you look down the bore after playing for a while you can see the path that the collected water takes. A dab of silicone where it crosses tone hole fixes the problem. I've also tried treating the pad itself and the inside of the tone hole with silicone. The film is microscopically thin and has no effect on tone or pitch.
