You have what is typically called a stencil clarinet, which means that it was manufactured for a retailer to be their "house brand". You may find this thread interesting:

Unfortunately your Freeman clarinet is not one of the R-13 stencils that Ken mentioned as the photos clearly show that it does not have a cutout underneath the bell keys that is typical of Buffet R-13's. Since it is marked "made in France" it won't be a Pedler stencil either since those were all US-made. My guess would be that this was made by either Malerne or Thibouville-Freres (two of the more prolific stencil manufacturers). In either case it will probably be a decent student to intermediate level instrument.

Thanks allot for the fast replay .. it sure looks good but i will only know after i overhaul the clarinet and see how it sounds.
