Very nice articule, Simon! Hope he can keep working with Met Orchestra Montreal while Philadelphia, English and opera engagements.

We in Philadelphia are hoping he accomplishes all that everyone projects. He's coming at a really important time in the orchestra's existence. In most ways it is still playing as well as it ever has and everyone seems certain he can not only maintain the artistic level but also carry on the legacy that started with Stoki and help build it back to the position of prestige in the public eye that it held for so many decades.
