The Iraqui Army needs 6 "Eastern / wesrtern clarinets" (item 31) and 10 "clarinet feathers" (item 41) http://216.33.118.202/EPSData/USA/Synopses/17180/W914NS-05-Q-9027/RFQforfurniture.doc, not to mention 4 pendulums.

Which brands of clarinets can be processed into precursors for fissionable material? We already know which ones can be readily made into toxic biological weapons......
