Anyone know of a good clarinet/trombone jazz duet? Both of us are good musicians, I have more skill on clarinet than he does on trombone, but he has more experience in jazz han I do. Any suggestion is welcome.
So many instruments to play........so little time to play them!

If one of you doesn't mind transposing, there's lots of stuff to pick from. I've had particular fun with a book of "bop" duets by Bugs Bower. You take the high road, your tbone buddy takes the low road, and away you go.
It is also entertaining to take a lead sheet for a tune, have your friend improvise a bass line over the changes, and you play the melody.
