I don't have a C version; I was only told this by someone. Does your piano accompaniment version have a lower "brace" in base clef, then? If so, it would be different than the clarinet / tenor sax version which has actual second parts.
I found two websites that sell the Kammen folios, one being Tara and the other being one associated with Hal Leonard Publications; the actual name escapes me. I discovered that there are several C and Bb versions. There's actually separate versions for violin and piano, for example, and for trumpet and clarinet / tenor sax. I am currently putting a little ensemble together to perform "Kolomeike", and was informed by the Hal Leonard - affiliated site that I needed to purchase a book for each instrument, that each C book, in other words, was different. In other words, these books are designed to fit together as an arrangement.
That would be cool, except that judging by the clarinet / tenor book, the Kammen idea of an arrangement is dull. The second part fits nicely with the first, as far as harmony goes, but does nothing to convey a dance feel, and most of these tunes are dances. There isn't even specifically a guitar book in folios 1 and 9, I believe, and I'm going to be using guitar.
In my opinion, it's not worth buying a clarinet / tenor folio just to see some second parts.
