Where can I find the fingering for notes on a tenor sax? I can find the fingerings for alto everywhere but I'm not having much luck with finding the tenor fingerings. I think most people start on the alto but I'm starting on the tenor! Any help is much appreciated.

The fingerings for the Tenor are the same exactly as the fingerings for the Alto. That's why people don't publish a separate chart.

Right here on this sight. Actually tenor sax fingers the same as the alto but sounds a different pitch. Band parts account for this so you don't have to worry about it.

the fingerings are exactly the same, so you can just use an alto fingering chart. ;-)

Its the same thing on all saxs so alto fingerings will work just fine except when going into altissimo but thats something irrelrvant.

i need to know the same thing, but for a different reason. I have found a old C major sax. My teacher says that it would have the same fingerings as a tenor. you could try looking at a accent on achivement book for tenor saxes.
