For an evening out last Nov my OH and I went to see the Nick Ross big band, and I told my OH how much I loved the sound of the Sax, later that month I turned 48 and for the 1st time in our 30 yr relationship he brought me a great present, yes a Tenor Sax.
Now I found a local teacher and had 2 lessons then the flu hit me and illness in elderly relatives took up my time and I seem to have lost my momentom and enthusiasm.
At this moment I'm listening to Kenny G and loving it, (but it's also a bit daunting).
I'm feeling pretty old to be learning something new like this from scratch, I never had the opportunity as a youngster but today I have to start it again, TODAY or never.
I have no music background at all and am finding that a bit strange,
Can anyone help, am I mad, or is this an acheivable dream.
