fingering chart for tarogato

hello,
i have just met an instrument that i didn't know before. It is tarogato. The Hungarian/Romanian sax like instrument, I think. I guess, it is Bb. Does anyone have the fingering chart for it? It is the one with two register keys on the upper side, for the left thumb.
i ll be really happy if i find one.
