The standard trill is play your "high" d and lift your middle finger for the e. You can get more resonance if you also use the Bb key or Eb resonance key with the fingering if you need. Be careful talking to us proffesional bassoonists because we don't consider that a high D. That's an octave higher and there's a great fingering for that too !!! I will try to keep up on the questions like that that I could easily answer for anyone that has fingering questions
