 Needed: high note fingerings

I've been trying without any luck to hit high D#, E, and F above the staff.

I'm using fingerings from method books as well as fingerings I've gotten from other oboe players. None of them are working.

Can you tell me your tried-and-true fingerings? Also, are there any embouchure changes that will make it easy for these puppies to come out? Thanks.

Oh, I do have a third octave key, if that makes a difference.
