You won't get much new for under $2000 that has a lot of advanced features.
The nearest instrument of quality I could see under $2000 listed at wwbw.com is a student model Bulgheroni, though it's a fairly basic conservatoire system with limited features (ie. it hasn't got all the special trill mechanisms):

And for a bit over $2000 is a Patricola which has the same basic conservatoire system keywork as the Bulgheroni:

But always be on the look out for used intermediate or pro instruments that have a lot more advanced keywork features. The Cabart 74 oboe will probably come highly recommended being that it's made by Loree.
