You obviously have the passion to play this instrument sticking with it as long as you have. Keep up the great work!

Have you tried making your own reeds yet?

That's the direction I'm headed in...after you make a couple of good ones your hooked.

From the gist of all these posts, reeds are a very personal thing and we shouldn't try to rank ourselves...just try to sound good and stay out of our own way.  ;)
