More exciting news! I received a scanned copy from the Institute of the two cadenzas (separated by the Tutti passage) from the original manuscript, and am currently in the process of obtaining permission to share the information, or if not, to direct interested parties to the source. The second cadenza and Tutti passage have huge X's drawn through them by the composer (apparently at the request of the dedicatee)...but the notes match the King recording exactly...
