Music44 (aka The Sheet Music Store), Southern Music, Sheet Music Plus, Giardinelli, and Woodwind Brasswind all have all of the Hal Leonard Essential Elements for Oboe stuff, or at least they did the last time I looked. I have ordered MUCH sheet music from all four of them online, using a credit card, and have had no problems whatsoever.

Southern Music distinguished themselves by the genuinely helpful, folksy people at the other end of their 800 number. These are the people I consulted with extensively while searching for the elusive Book 3 playalong CD--their Band Music specialist ended up actually calling me back a couple of times to report no luck in finding it.
