Lucy, thanks for bringing this up . . . I, too am looking for bombarde reeds. One place I read said that one could use a Scottish bagpipe chanter (but not a practice chanter) reed, which begs the question of where to get chanter reeds. There's a nice Scottish supply store in Old Towne Alexandria, VA - - any of you folks living in that area know if they sell chanter reeds? If so, what is their address & phone #? Eu
