I'm just returning back to oboe after a very long break. Where are my fellow Canadians buying all their reed making supplies. Importing from the US is always so expensive. I'd love to hear from other Canadians.

I am not Canadian, but I have dealt with Jim Mason before and I am sure that he would be able to help you. He deals with all manner of things oboe. https://www.jimboe.ca and he is a decent and knowlegable person to work with. Best wishes.

What sorts of supplies do you need? Dan Waldron is in Edmonton and makes excellent reeds and can also gouge cane for you. https://waldronreeds.com/
I personally gave up ordering from the USA due to shipping and I mainly import things from Europe. Oboe-shop.de is usually my go-to. I have occasionally also bought from Howarth's and KREEDO. I usually buy bulk or enough for free shipping from oboe-shop.
